Controller/Office Manager

Prior to joining DCG Construction, Ms. Lear was the office manager and bookkeeper for Zenith Builders. During her time with Zenith, Ms. Lear’s responsibilities included overseeing daily office operations, handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, job budgets, and job costing. Ms. Lear came to Zenith from one of the largest Re/Max Brokerage Firms, in the country, working in many different aspects of the organization serving 300+ agents in 6 offices doing compliance work and was the administrative assistant to the firm’s Corporate Counsel. Previous to that, Ms. Lear worked for a custom home builder in Atlanta, Georgia doing bookkeeping, accounts payable, job costing reporting, and managing the daily office operations.
