Andrew Rowe
Construction Operations - Principal

Mr. Rowe has been with DCG Construction since its inception. Prior to organizing DCG Construction LLC, Andrew founded his own real estate company offering project management & consulting services. Prior to forming this Andrew worked for a private development & construction company firm where his responsibilities included project management, appraisal research, and financial analysis.

Andrew’s experience in different area of the real estate industry give him a unique prospective to the construction process. This experience allows him to understand the goals and objectives of all the various stake holders that encompass a construction project, providing valuable leadership for our projects. At DCG Construction, Andrew is responsible for overseeing back office operations for all active projects, strategic planning, and securing new business opportunities for the firm.

Andrew is active with many different real estate organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Office & Industrial Properties (NAIOP), US Green Building Council (USGBC), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the NC CCIM Chapter. Andrew is also active in local charitable & faith based organizations including Pats Place, Nexus Church, Forest Hill Church and the United Way. Andrew is a native Tarheel, and resides in Charlotte.
