Adam Hagner is a Partner with DCG Construction.  Prior joining the firm Adam had 12 years of industrial renovation experience with Coca Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated and Milliken & Co. During his time in the industry, Adam was responsible for new project construction and construction management for projects from Mississippi to West Virginia. He planned and managed over $100,000,000 in construction projects. These projects ranged from complex plant expansions/renovations, office up-fits/renovations, plant relocations, and ground up distribution facilities construction. Managing multiple construction projects over the past 14 years has helped develop Adam’s knowledge for budgeting, quality assurance, value engineering, and critical path development, which are the core elements that make any construction project successful.
